ALPHA is the new LM ELETTROTECNICA machine for assembling cartridge cases, which thanks to its innovati- ve characteristics reaches a production of 10,000 pcs/h.
The translation of ALPHA is moved by electric axes.
The control panel allows the operator to view production data and enable the various utilities managed by ALPHA, as well as manage the automatic lubrication system dedicated to all of Alpha’s mechanical components.
ALPHA is equipped with an ENERGY SAVING system, which allows energy savings during the entire processing cycle, allowing you to optimize consumption. And optimization is the fundamental aspect of Alpha, in fact, after passing through the square, it is possible to introduce the cartridges assembled in ARCADIA via passage tubes.
Furthermore, all ALPHA phases are controlled by proxi- mity and photocells to detect any anomaly during the operating cycle, while all electrical and pneumatic com- ponents are of the highest quality and where possible easy to find on the market.
