ELEKTRA, thanks to its innovative systems, can reach an hourly production of 7500 pcs/h. The new technology allows this high performance to be achieved, without shaking the material inside the cases.
The powder and lead translation and dosing systems are controlled by CNC systems while each phase is automatically controlled by analogue sensors and photocells, which monitor every operation of the machine. Furthermore, ELEKTRA is equipped with a TRUE automatic waste system, without loss of material (pv, pb and wad). In the event of an anomaly, the machine does not stop, but does not introduce the products following the error into the case.
ELEKTRA is equipped with a touch screen panel that allows the operator to control every machine parameter, functionality and anomalies. It also has the ability to set and verify a series of machine utilities for optimizing production.
The efficiency of ELEKTRA is guaranteed by the double lubrication system, grease for moving parts, and oil for lubricating pre-edging cartridges so as to make every operation fluid, reducing the need for maintenance. ELEKTRA is equipped with an ENERGY SAVING system and it is also possible to include it in the INDUSTRY 4.0 tax relief regime.
